Example of the Evolution of a Trucking Logo

As you can see below, the logo design process for Advanced National Transport went through quite a few revisions. A first round of drafts was presenented. Then, the client really liked the idea of using the ANT; so we also went through variations on the tagline (slogan) as well. As we went down this road, however, the client decided that the logo was becoming too "cartoony", and and a final version was drafted from the original round of concepts.

However, as you can see below, the process can require many variations and many "concepts". Quite often, the first round of concepts hold the key to the final version. But, because many concepts and many revisions are often required, you can see why a unique logo does not cost $5. Much time, thought, energy and creativity is required.
